Welcome to Solar Dost Hai. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the solardosthai.in website and the solar panel cleaning, maintenance, and inspection services provided by Solar Dost Hai ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

1. Services Provided

Solar Dost Hai provides professional solar panel cleaning, electrical inspection, and preventive maintenance services for residential, commercial, and industrial setups. The specific scope of work will be defined in a separate quotation or Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) provided to the client.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Access: The client must provide our technicians with safe and clear access to the solar panels and relevant electrical systems at the scheduled time.
• Water and Power: Unless agreed otherwise, the client agrees to provide reasonable access to water and electricity if required for the cleaning/maintenance process.
• Pre-existing Conditions: The client should inform us of any known pre-existing damages, faults, or fragile areas regarding their solar installation prior to the commencement of services.

3. Quotations and Payments

Quotes provided via the website or over the phone are estimates. Final pricing may be subject to a site visit. Payment terms will be specified in your invoice or AMC contract. Failure to pay for services rendered within the agreed timeframe may result in late fees or suspension of future services.

4. Liability and Damages

While our technicians are trained to handle solar panels with the utmost care using safe methods (such as DM water and specialized brushes), Solar Dost Hai is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to solar panels, inverters, or roof structures.
• Loss of power generation during the time the system is turned off for cleaning or maintenance.
• Damage caused by weather events or acts of God subsequent to our service.

If damage is directly caused by the negligence of our staff during the service, our liability will be limited to the cost of the specific service provided or the repair of the specific component damaged, at our discretion.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a booked service. Frequent cancellations without notice may incur a cancellation fee. Solar Dost Hai reserves the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather or unsafe working conditions.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically under the jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
